Board of Directors Recruitment
Thank you for interest and consideration in serving on Tempe Community Council’s Board of Directors. Applications are accepted throughout the year. Annual board recruitment process for anticipated vacancies generally occurs January through March for the upcoming board year which begins July 1.
Board terms last three years and board members can serve for up to two consecutive terms.
Applicants must live or work in Tempe.
We are seeking to diversify our board with people who have experience in leadership and an interest / background in a variety of areas including legal, faith community, education, marketing, fundraising, and finance, however, all applicants will be considered who have a passion about improving the well-being of our community and connecting those in need with those who care. We actively encourage applicants from diverse ethnic backgrounds and cultures, recognizing the immense value that a variety of perspectives and experiences bring to our organization.
