Agency Review

Funding Sources for FY 2023-24

Each year funding is available for distribution to local nonprofits and human services providers based on the recommendations of the Agency Review citizen panel recommendations.  Annual funding for Agency Review comes from a variety of sources.  For FY 2023-24, $1.14 million was available collective through the following sources:
    

• City of Tempe General Fund budgeted and approved by the Tempe City Council
• Display Panel Revenue – a portion of the proceeds received from an electronic billboard located at Tempe Diablo Stadium dedicated for human services support; the City of Tempe elected to provide $100,000 each year in place of the fluctuating actual revenue collected
• Together Tempe – donations collected through City of Tempe utility bill payments
