Volunteer Excellence Award

The Volunteer Excellence Award recognizes an individual who has made a significant impact through dedicated volunteer service benefitting those in Tempe.      

ELIGIBILITY

Must live, work or have served in the Tempe community in a significant way as a volunteer.  This could be service to one area or multiple areas.  

AWARD PRESENTATION

Recipient selected for the Volunteer Excellence Award will be announced in August and presented by Tempe Community Council at the Don Carlos Humanitarian Awards being held on October 19, 2026.      

SUBMIT A NOMINATION

To ensure your nomination information is not lost before submission, it is recommended the narrative text be created in a separate document, then copied and inserted into the nomination form.   A notice statement will be displayed upon submission to ensure your nomination was accepted. Nominations are due June 15, 2026.
