Volunteer Award

The Volunteer of the Year Award recognizes an individual who has made a significant impact through dedicated volunteer efforts impacting those in Tempe.      

ELIGIBILITY

Must live, work or have served in the Tempe community in a significant way as a volunteer.  This could be service to one area or multiple areas.  

AWARD PRESENTATION

Recipient selected for the Volunteer Award will be announced in August and presented by Tempe Community Council at their annual event.   

SUBMIT A NOMINATION

This award is not scheduled to be presented in 2022.  Nominations for this award will return in 2023.  Check back in the spring 2023 for future nomination information.  

To ensure your nomination information is not lost before submission, it is recommended the narrative text be created in a separate document, then copied and inserted into the nomination form.   A notice statement will be displayed upon submission to ensure your nomination was accepted.
