REFUNDS

No paper checks will be issued.
You must bring direct deposit information with you to the appointment.  A bank account and routing number will be needed.  A free checking option may be available at the tax site for you to apply.

OWED TAXES

Taxes owed can no longer be paid by check. 
Alternatives include paying by debit card, credit card, reloadable debit card, set up a payment schedule while at tax site, and more. 
Other payment options need to be available at the time your taxes will be prepared.
