How to Schedule Your Tax Appointment Online
Check availability and schedule a tax appointment online starting January 12, 2026. There are two options, both requiring an appointment:
- Same Day – Requires the client to visit the tax site in-person with their tax documents and intake and consent forms. The tax return is completed by a tax preparer on-site with the client/s present and e-filed the same day.
- Drop-Off – Requires the client to visit the tax site in-person with their tax documents, including the IRS intake and consent forms to be reviewed by a tax volunteer. The tax return is completed without the client being present, but will be asked to return to review and sign their return at a later date and then e-filed for free.
